*My note: I was a bit emotional as this practice was nearing and forgot to lead us into intention setting for the week. Complete this practice on your own, if you'd like by setting an intention to be grateful every day for the people in your life and for the things you have or decided on your own intention for the week. Make it personal to you. I recognized (a little late) that the music did not pick-up during journal time. The music I had playing (only in my hearing apparently), is "Thank you" by beautiful Chorus. If you would like to add this song to your practice, you may search it out (I found it on Spotify & YouTube).
