2/22/2023 0 Comments Six Weeks In!So, it has been exactly six weeks since I began working out. I have missed three workouts because life is still happening! I have noticed a decrease in my blood pressure (still working on it though) and an increase in my energy level! I wasn't able to work out tonight, but I did "Sweating in the Spirit with Donna Richardson and barely broke a sweat. Progress!
I appreciate the workouts that Snatched by Dee provides for me because it is a total body workout with strength training and all. I am excited about my progress and am thankful for a mindset to be a healthier me (still making progress in my food journey)! Blessings to all as you work out your own wellness journey! Be well!
