2/22/2023 0 Comments Six Weeks In!So, it has been exactly six weeks since I began working out. I have missed three workouts because life is still happening! I have noticed a decrease in my blood pressure (still working on it though) and an increase in my energy level! I wasn't able to work out tonight, but I did "Sweating in the Spirit with Donna Richardson and barely broke a sweat. Progress!
I appreciate the workouts that Snatched by Dee provides for me because it is a total body workout with strength training and all. I am excited about my progress and am thankful for a mindset to be a healthier me (still making progress in my food journey)! Blessings to all as you work out your own wellness journey! Be well!

1/24/2023 0 Comments Two Weeks AgoTwo weeks ago, I started the next phase of my wellness journey with a fitness instructor and let me tell you! It has been worth it! Snatched by Dee works out my upper and lower body and let me tell you, I feel it! I feel physically and mentally better. I am also sleeping better as in I fall to sleep quicker and feel more rested these days!
I will say that I almost called Snatched by Dee on Monday to tell her let's skip a workout, but I refused to go there! I refused to let my "I don't want to!" mind overtook my "I've got this!" mind! And so, we worked out and whew! It was good! I encourage you to begin a fitness routine, if you haven't done so already and stick to it! Yeah, she made me mad, but I recovered quickly thinking about how good I am going to feel when I shed some of my midsection and build my strength!!! Denedra, who encouraged me every step of the way and allowed me to make modifications as I needed it for how my body was feeling (something I teach with yoga)! Best yet, I feel A-mazing!
